What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device when you visit them. They are widely used to make websites work, keep you signed in, and remember your preferences.

How we use cookies

Givlo uses only strictly necessary cookies. These are essential for the platform to function — they keep you signed in securely and ensure the site works as expected. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics tracking cookies, or social media cookies.

Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, we do not need to ask for your consent to set them. They are required for the platform to operate and cannot be switched off.

Third-party cookies

When you make a donation, the payment is processed by Stripe. During the checkout process, Stripe may set its own cookies for fraud prevention and security purposes. These cookies are governed by Stripe's cookie policy. Stripe's checkout pages are hosted by Stripe, not by Givlo.

Managing cookies in your browser

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies — look for the privacy or security section in your browser's settings or preferences menu.

Please note that if you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in to Givlo or use features that require authentication.
