FOR PARENTS
A way to talk about money
you don’t have to invent.
Most parents want to teach their children to be generous, financially literate, and aware of the world. Most parents don’t have a tool that does all three at once. Givlo is that tool.

WHAT IT COSTS YOUR GIVING
Nothing leaves the gift.
Givlo takes 0% of every donation. When your child gives £5, the charity receives £5. The £10 monthly household subscription is the entire business model — it funds the platform, the charity directory, and the regulatory work. We don’t make money from giving.
Gift Aid is claimed automatically on eligible donations and passed straight through to the charity, adding 25% at no cost to you. You don’t fill in a form for each gift — Givlo handles the paperwork against your one-time household declaration.
No fees on top. No cut of the giving. No advertising to your children, and no selling of data. The subscription is the whole of it.

WHAT YOU SEE
Total visibility. Zero friction.
Every request, in one place.
When a child asks to give, the request lands on your home screen. You see their name, the charity, the amount, and the moment they sent it. Approve with one tap or open a conversation about it.
Allowance you control.
Set a different amount for each child. Pause it any month. Change it any time. The balance tops up automatically — children never see a payment screen, they just see what they have to give.
Their wall, your inbox.
When a charity posts an impact update, it lands on your child’s wall. When something moves them, they can share it with you in a single tap. The conversation starts itself.
Real giving, not gamified.
No badges, no streaks, no leaderboards. Every charity is a real registered UK charity. Every donation goes to that charity. Every impact update is real reporting from real work being done.
SAFEGUARDING
Built around child safety
before features.
Children on Givlo cannot be contacted by strangers, cannot see advertising, cannot give to anything outside the curated charity directory, and cannot send money without a parent in the loop. There is no public social layer. There is no algorithmic feed.
All data handling follows UK GDPR with specific provisions for under-18s. Children under 13 require explicit parental authorisation for the account. All payment flows are operated through a fully regulated trust-model architecture — Givlo never holds child funds in custody.

Approved donations move from your payment method to the receiving charity through a regulated trust-model architecture. Givlo is the service that makes giving easy — not a place your money sits.
